I wish instead of deleting the text box that had the recipient name in it 3:33 you showed us how to create a tag or field in order to have it autopopulate recipient name from our mailing list. My emails have a personal touch because I have a client-based business rather than just a SaaS company, so it's better if I address the recipient directly rather than just jumping in with my agenda for the email...which is far less personal.
